I’m an independent Nutritional Therapist who is a realist and demonises nothing.

Polly Webb BSc Dip ION

Nutritional Therapist

Twenty years ago my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and it made me rethink my career path. Having always had a love of food and been brought up in a very ‘foodie’ household, I decided to leave the corporate world and retrain to become a Nutritional Therapist at the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London.

I set up my own business ‘Sound Eating’ and trail blazed throughout London developing and implementing bespoke nutritional strategies. My success was recognised by several publications including Vogue. I then moved into the corporate world with Virgin designing and delivering engaging nutritional seminars on improving their work productivity through sound eating.

Sixteen years later and a mother of three daughters I have now entered the education sector delivering talks on The Power of Food. The world of Nutrition has become both more prominent and confusing. Social media has created a storm for us all in this field and I feel more compelled than ever to educate and provide clarity to our youngsters and indeed anyone about making the right food choices. Such simple changes can make the most fundamental difference to your daily life with concentration levels at school and work, mental wellbeing, energy levels and sleep.

I am a complete realist and demonise nothing. You can have your cake and eat it! There is way too much fear around food and my mission is all about embracing food and learning that it is your power tool not your enemy. Food is there to be loved not feared and it is part of our day to day existence as well as a massive part of our culture, so we must make it a happy relationship!

Whether you are an individual, a school or a company I am more than happy to assist in any way that I can to help educate you, your pupils or employees on the power of food to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle.
